I'm Levi Langham. I'm based in Brisbane, and I help Australian roofers get exclusive jobs through Google and Meta ads. Homeowners who need a roof, sent to one roofer only, never shared.
I decided to work with roofers and no one else. Not because it's the easy money, but because going narrow is the only way to get genuinely good at the thing you do. A marketer who serves any business understands none of them. I would rather know roofing inside out, the jobs, the seasons, the way a homeowner actually goes looking for someone to fix a leak, than be a generalist who's vaguely useful to everybody.
I also keep my list short. A handful of roofers at a time, one per area, full stop. Partly that's the promise. Your leads stay yours and you never bid against another one of my clients. But it's also honest self-interest. I'm building Langham properly, and at this stage my reputation rides on every single campaign. That means I'll out-work an agency that's juggling four hundred accounts, because I literally can't afford not to. Your result is my reputation.
So if you want to lump me in with every other marketer, fair enough. Plenty of them deserve it. Then ask them this. Will you put your own fee on the line if it doesn't work? Most won't. I will. That's the difference, and it's the whole reason the risk sits with me instead of you.
